Request policy


Your orders will be delivered to shipping companies from Sunday to Thursday, excluding official holidays.

Customer orders are delivered to shipping companies within 48 hours of order completion.

- Once the order is completed, Prehant is unable to change the shipping company or customer information.

The customer must provide us with correct information about his location and contact number to be presented to the shipping company. If this is not done, we will be exempt from liability in the event of a delayed order.

- When the order is delivered to the shipping companies, we send an automatic message to the customer on the mobile number registered during the order, including: shipment information - shipping company - tracking number.

- If the customer does not receive a message that the shipping process has started within 48 hours, please contact us.

Delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

Major cities: 3 working days

Sub-cities: 5 working days

Villages and remote areas: 7 days

Delivery to the Gulf countries:

9 working days


Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays and special occasions due to shipping pressure.


- Shipping time is estimated and may exceed what is mentioned depending on the demand pressure on shipping companies.

- If the shipping period is delayed by more than 15 days by the shipping companies, the customer has the right to cancel the order and receive compensation for that.

- If the customer does not respond and the shipment is returned to Prehant, the order will be shipped again and the customer will have to pay the shipping fee again.

- The order will be tracked after shipping with the shipping company through the tracking number. We at Prehant cannot expedite shipping if it is delayed.

Changing the shipping company, modifying the order, or updating the address is only allowed if the order status is pending review.
