Order Policy:
Your orders will be delivered to shipping companies from Sunday to Thursday, except for official holidays.
- Customer orders are delivered to shipping companies within 48 hours of order completion.
- In case the order is completed, Prehant cannot change the shipping company or customer information.
The customer provides us with the correct information about his location and a contact number to provide it to the shipping company. If this is not done, we will be exempt from responsibility in the event of a delay in the order.
- When the order is delivered to the shipping companies, we send an automatic message to the customer on the mobile number registered during the order, including: shipment information - shipping company - tracking number.
- If the customer does not receive a message that the shipping process has started within 48 hours, the customer is requested to contact us.
Delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
Major cities: 3 working days
Sub-cities: 5 working days
Villages and remote areas: 7 days
Delivery to the Gulf countries:
9 working days
- Shipping time is estimated and may exceed what is mentioned depending on the pressure of orders on shipping companies.
- If the shipping period is delayed by more than 15 days by the shipping companies, the customer has the right to cancel the order and receive compensation for that.
- If the customer does not respond and the shipment is returned to Brihant, the order will be shipped again and the customer must pay the shipping amount again.
- The order will be tracked after it is shipped with the shipping company through the tracking number, and we at Prehant cannot expedite the shipping if it is delayed.
Exchange and return policy:
§ The customer may cancel the order before the order status changes to executed. If the order is cancelled after it has been executed and before receiving the order, the customer shall bear the cost of the shipping policy.
§ If the order arrives damaged or incomplete, the customer must contact customer service within (3) days of receiving the order to file a complaint regarding this, stating its description and what supports it; and the store will handle the complaint in the best possible way.
§ The customer has the right to exchange or return coffee tools within seven days following the date of receipt of the order, provided that the tools have not been used or opened, and that this is in accordance with the exchange and return mechanism published on the store. § Except for orders that do not match the customer’s request or defective products, the customer is not entitled to exchange or return coffee products based on what is stipulated in Article (11) of the Executive Regulations of the E-Commerce System, as coffee is considered one of the products that cannot be resold after being returned.
§ In the event that the shipment is returned and the customer’s entered information is correct and the customer is not contacted by the shipping company, Brihant Roastery will bear the shipping costs.
§ In the event that the shipment is returned due to incorrect customer information entered and the customer requests a reshipment, the customer shall bear the shipping costs.
§ In the event that the shipment is returned due to the customer’s failure to respond to the shipping company representative and the customer requests a reshipment, the customer shall bear the shipping costs.
Replacement and return mechanism :
1. Contact customer service via WhatsApp to issue a return policy.
2. You will be provided with the return policy number, and you will contact the shipping company to receive the order or visit the nearest possible branch and deliver the shipment to them.
3. After the shipment arrives, we check its condition and the amount is returned after deducting the return costs in the event of a return request, or we ship the new order to the customer, charging all shipping costs to the customer in the event of a replacement request.
