Sumatra

Coffee from Sumatra, Indonesia, grown at an altitude of 1200–1550 meters above sea level. Processed using the dry method, it is offered as part of the carefully roasted specialty coffee crops at the Prehant Roastery.

Shalshli 250g

Ethiopian coffee from the Yergachev region, processed using the dry method, with a medium body. Grown at an altitude of 1800 to 2000 meters above sea level. Served as part of the specialty coffee crop from the Brehant Roastery.

Palandas Gaitana

A Colombian coffee crop with a full body, with hints of grapefruit, pineapple, and dried fruit.

It was grown at an altitude of 1850 meters and was treated by drying.

Rose Marina – Brazilian (250g) from the Alta Mogiana region of Brazil, dried and processed. Tasting notes: Floral, soft citrus. Cup description: Moderate sweetness, rich texture, soft citrus.

Usage instructions:

· (Goji - Blandas - Sumatra) are used 15 days after the date of the chickpeas.

· (Rose Marina) is used 8 days after the date of hummus.

• Store at a temperature between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius.

· The bag should be tightly closed after each use.

Suitable for drip coffee and espresso.
