Crops:

Goteti - Ethiopian (250g) Dried-processed Ethiopian produce, grown at 2000–2100 meters above sea level. Notes: Cherry, caramel, orange, jasmine. Cup description: High sweetness, medium acidity, mild bitterness, medium body.

Shalashli - Ethiopian (250g) An Ethiopian crop from the Yirgacheffe region, dried and grown at an altitude of 1800–2000 meters. Notes: Orange, lavender, jasmine, bergamot. Cup description: Medium sweetness, medium acidity, medium body.

La Plata - Colombian (250g)

Colombian crop with dried processing, grown at 1800–2200 meters above sea level.

Hints: red fruits, passion fruit, raisins

Cup Description: Medium-high acidity, high sweetness, medium-heavy body.

Rose Marina - Brazilian (250g) From the Alta Mogiana region of Brazil, dried. Notes: Floral, soft acidity. Cup description: Moderate sweetness, rich body, soft acidity.

Usage Instructions:

(Qutiti - La Plata - Shalashli) Use after 15 days from the date of chickpeas.

(Rose Marina) Use after 8 days from the date of chickpeas.

· Store at a temperature between 15 and 25°C.

· Close the bag tightly after each use.

· Suitable for drip coffee and espresso.
