Palandas Gaitana
A Colombian coffee crop with a full body, with hints of grapefruit, pineapple, and dried fruit.
It was grown at an altitude of 1850 meters and was treated by drying.
Usage instructions:
- Use 15 days after the date of the chickpeas
Store at a temperature between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius.
- Seal the bag tightly after each use.
Suitable for drip coffee and espresso drinks
Suggested recipe:
Quantity of coffee: 20 grams
Quantity of water: 300 ml
Temperature: 88°C
Extraction time: 2:30 min
